Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

We may accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

International Orders

For international orders:

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
